As a family-owned company, we are well aware of the responsibility entrusted on us to do our bit to the welfare of the society. One of the founding principles of the Delight Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. was to work for the upliftment of the society through every way possible. In fact our founder’s vision was to make the best use of resources to manufacture a quality product while producing as many employment opportunities as possible during the process. We have been awarded the much coveted ‘Udyog Ratna’ for creating thousands for job opportunities for the youth. The welfare of the employees has always been the primary principle of management and we have made sure it stays so.

‘Thinking today about tomorrow’ has been our company’s policy and we have successfully applied to our social welfare services too. With the help of our new initiative, we have been successfully accomplishing the task of educating little physically and intellectually disabled children from the remote and delicate sections of the society. Our Boggavarapu Seetha Ramaiah Memorial Training Center has been providing free education, vocational training to these little souls along with all the food, transportation, training materials, school uniforms and also a ray of hope for their future.
We are putting a lot of efforts, hard work and going strength to strength to make them on par with normal children if not better. Our motto is to give them an all-round education and training through our educational, vocational, sports and cultural programmes. We are leaving no stone unturned to help them lead a happy and secure life in the future and we are slowly getting there. For now, we are happy to bring that ‘Delight’ to their little faces.
Every year we put a substantial chunk of our revenue aside and devote it to all our welfare programmes instituted by our management right from the inception of our company. For us at Delight Chemical Pvt. Ltd, it’s not our responsibility, but our duty which we are performing with utmost sincerity.
Spirituality is the glue that binds the society together and it's our responsibility to take care of the spiritual places i.e. Temples. We took it upon us to give revamp and restructure a Sri Satya Sai Temple in Piduguralla. Our team has worked hard to complete the work before the deadline, and now the temples restored to its glorious self and revamped for the devotees.
We have always believed that a healthy workforce is a key to success and longevity of an organization, which is why an Employee Well-Being Program is being successfully carried for many years now. As an extension to our Well-Being Program, we came up with a Community health initiative that strives for a healthy community in the rural parts of the state. As the first step towards our health program, our team has organized a free medical camp in the village of Piduguralla offering medical check-ups, diagnosis, and treatment for the people in surrounding villages.
Our company has also been at the forefront of many welfare programmes for the needy and unfortunate. One of our founder Sri Yakkala Brahmanandam garu was instrumental in establishing Sri Palnadu Akhilabharata Nityaannadana Sathram Trust, to feed the needy and destitute. Apart from all our regular welfare works, we have expanded and intensified our efforts to touch all the facets of the society and Boggavarapu Seetha Ramaiah Memorial Training Center for Handicapped is one of our initiatives.
